Hey everyone,
I got motivated with P90X DVD after getting a new job at a health and nutrition related company. I didn't realize how out of shape I was.
Now I just finished my 90 days of P90X DVD set.
Here are my results

I didn't follow the P90X DVD boxset diet plan at all, just tried to only eat proteins and lots of fruits and veggies. I did avoid soda and french fries/potato chips.
I have to admit as well, I ended up skipping ab ripper x at least once a week throughout the P90X Extreme. I didn't miss many workouts though, and I did substitute a lot of workouts the last two weeks with non-P90X Extreme Home Fitness stuff I was doing at the gym. However I did put in a lot of effort.
I still have a long way to go, I think I might do another 30 days after taking this week off to celebrate.
